Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing effective treatment strategies tailored to children's unique needs and challenges.

• Support clients in developing essential skills, including anger management, coping mechanisms, and social skills, proactively addressing behaviors that may compromise their safety or development.

• Work closely with the Child Family Treatment Team to implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment activities, including intake records, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and legal regulations.

• Participate in monthly team meetings, actively contributing insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily focused on children and adolescents aged 3-20, particularly those who face developmental disabilities or intellectual challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle are required for home visits.

• A successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is necessary for employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
