Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs using structured interviews and standardized tools to determine clinical diagnoses and inform treatment plans.

• Utilize diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to deliver tailored therapy for individuals, couples, or families.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support for clients experiencing acute challenges, ensuring they receive timely and effective care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant assessment results in accordance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to create cohesive treatment strategies that promote integrated care.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to empower clients and their families, offering them the necessary tools to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a mental health therapist in Texas, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
