Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, contributing to the development of personalized treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, leveraging modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet varied client needs.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
