This role provides a unique opportunity to work remotely while maintaining a connection to our Fort Worth outpatient office. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs, ensuring that we accommodate the diverse schedules of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' psychological and emotional backgrounds, identifying personalized treatment pathways.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and the development of resilience skills.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group psychotherapy sessions, guiding patients through processing trauma, enhancing coping capabilities, and promoting psychological well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and specialists, to deliver integrated care that caters to the holistic needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Inform and educate patients and their families about trauma responses, mental health resources, and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, complying with ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily serve individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
