Our administrative team provides in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation, ensuring therapists can focus primarily on their clinical work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, including adolescents, families, and groups, to develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to diverse needs.

• Execute comprehensive initial patient and family psychosocial evaluations, triaging care based on severity and urgency.

• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with other team members, contributing insights to treatment interventions and interdisciplinary care plans through detailed documentation and collaborative meetings, like patient rounds.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Assume case management responsibilities for assigned patients, collaborating with hospital and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

• Adhere to ethical standards and departmental timelines for documentation and reporting.

• Participate actively in training sessions, clinical supervision meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health care.

At Belfry Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.
