This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while still being part of a close-knit supportive team. Our outpatient facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing a versatile schedule that accommodates your work-life balance. As a clinician at Conscious Growths, you’ll handle your own scheduling while receiving in-house credentialing support, effectively managing insurance participation and patient scheduling without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a focused strategy for each client in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

• Engage in ongoing communication with colleagues regarding patient assessment, treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary care coordination, actively participating in team meetings and rounds.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulations specific to our department.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate effective treatment and support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Provide case management by collaborating with external healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic and thorough care for every client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Conscious Growths, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, teenagers, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues. Our practice aims to empower individuals through effective therapy methods, helping them develop coping mechanisms while addressing their emotional, psychological, and social needs. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, demonstrating a proficiency in therapeutic methods and client interaction.

• Willingness to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week or more to accommodate patient needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy within an outpatient setting, preferably with exposure to diverse patient populations and a range of presenting issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy, particularly knowledge and practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant methodologies.

• Prior experience in collaborative care and case management within a team-oriented clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
