Our office operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a structured yet adaptable scheduling process that lets you manage your own appointments according to your availability. We offer in-house credentialing and manage insurance participation to streamline your administrative responsibilities, letting you focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups in order to determine treatment needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Performing comprehensive initial assessments for patients and their families, followed by careful triage to direct care appropriately.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members to discuss treatment progress and collaborate on patient care plans during meetings, such as multidisciplinary rounds.

• Providing skilled case management for assigned patients through consultation and coordination with community and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
\n
• Complying with ethical and timely documentation standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy in digital records as mandated by the department.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to enhance patients' coping mechanisms and support their recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on helping a diverse clientele, including individuals and families encountering various mental health challenges. The center serves patients across a broad age spectrum, ensuring you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on different demographics, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, showcasing a proven ability to work effectively in a mental health counseling capacity.

• Candidates should be willing to commit to providing between 10 to 40 hours of clinical sessions per week, depending on personal and organizational needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
