Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to inform effective treatment planning.

• Delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.

• Engaging in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop coherent and comprehensive client care plans, ensuring all team members are well-informed through thorough documentation and regular meetings.

• Providing personalized case management for assigned clients, liaising with community resources and healthcare professionals to facilitate the best outcomes.

• Completing all necessary documentation ethically and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
