Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, utilizing the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment framework to develop a deep understanding of their needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to established best practices, addressing a wide range of complex psychological conditions.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavior modification, tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each client.

• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Engage in crisis intervention, effectively assessing patient needs during emergencies, providing immediate support, and coordinating further care as necessary.

• Deliver educational workshops and training sessions on relevant clinical topics to staff and community members to enhance community engagement and awareness.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality and professional standards.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a diverse array of clients, particularly mothers who may face unique challenges related to mental health, socioeconomic factors, and access to care. You will be equipped to address co-occurring disorders, integrating interventions that consider both mental health and substance use issues, thereby enriching the therapeutic relationship and promoting holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
