Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to maintain work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique experiences of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring approaches are tailored to the cultural and personal backgrounds of patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective care is delivered.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation according to ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and culturally competent therapy methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations using inclusive approaches.

• Outstanding crisis intervention abilities combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
