Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to accurately gauge their mental health needs, crafting a foundation for personalized treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and adapting interventions according to clients' progress and feedback.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients located throughout Texas.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention, utilizing established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and trainings to stay current with mental health best practices and policy updates.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and current license in Texas as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with a commitment to minimal paperwork and efficient client management.

• Free of any history of disciplinary actions or ethical violations on licensure.
