This role is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care in a remote setting, primarily within our community health clinic framework in North Houston, Texas. As a vital member of our team, you will use your expertise to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of our clients, specifically targeting conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to understand their unique needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
