Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Allure Counseling Center serves a wide array of clients, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. Our therapists are expected to be sensitive to the unique challenges faced by these communities and to approach each client with a personalized methodology that aids in building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A strong foundation in various mental health disorders, comprehensive treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions using a culturally responsive approach.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Allure Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
