Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to identify their unique needs and inform individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants dealing with common mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care and coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic efforts.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.
\n
• Experience in delivering both individual and group counseling services to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Sound ethical judgment and professionalism in maintaining client confidentiality and boundaries.

• Competence in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications effectively.
