Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a specified caseload of clients, ensuring to build rapport and maintain professional ethical standards.
\n
• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess and review their progress, stability, and discharge plans when appropriate.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Carrying out comprehensive intake assessments to better understand the client’s history and mental health status.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our secure electronic medical records system.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision sessions for professional development purposes.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
