Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor clients’ progress, evaluate stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and timely progress notes.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth clients who may present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
