Key Responsibilities\n

The LCPC will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Manage a balanced caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, addressing stability and planning any necessary discharge.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the needs and backgrounds of new clients.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities best suited to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision and participate in professional development opportunities that enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

• Foster a growth mindset, embracing challenges and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youth and adolescent clients, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. The successful candidate will be attuned to the unique challenges faced by young people, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. With an understanding of developmental milestones and mental health challenges, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys and helping to build resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements relevant to the clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
