Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing strong rapport and positive working relationships through effective communication and active listening.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track their progress, assess stability, and discuss upcoming appointments while planning for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each session to ensure compliance and best practices in clinical care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information and identify client needs accurately.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to support clients in their emotional and mental health journeys.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical practice and share insights with fellow clinicians.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and optimize treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on youth clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. You'll work closely with adolescents and young adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding the unique developmental needs of younger populations and implementing developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions is crucial to effectively support our clients in their journey toward emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for telehealth services per organizational guidelines.

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing mental health services to psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
