Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality counseling services, encompassing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address the diverse needs of clients.

• Utilize cloud-based EHR for documentation and compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted treatment plans.

• Support clients through evidence-based treatment programs designed to manage mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Offer therapeutic interventions that encourage personal growth and maintain client safety and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes and provide comprehensive care.

• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary, allowing you to create your own schedule while accommodating client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex dual diagnoses. Your clinical expertise will be crucial in implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at empowering these clients toward recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, utilizing your own computer with reliable internet and video capabilities.

• Successful completion of a background check as part of the hiring process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
