Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized outpatient therapy sessions—whether for individuals, couples, or families—prioritizing their unique experiences and needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify client needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals to develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear, achievable objectives.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach to meet client-specific needs.

• Create and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliant and effective record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators—to provide comprehensive, holistic care to our clients.

• Participate in case consultations, professional development training, and team meetings to continuously expand your skillset and contribute to team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at LumaMind Therapy, you will work with a diverse array of clients, encompassing various demographics and mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, allowing you to apply your expertise across a broad spectrum of issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active LCPC license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient or clinical mental health setting is preferred, especially in settings focused on community health.

• Proficient in delivering culturally competent and trauma-informed care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
