Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to effectively evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver impactful interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through their healing journeys by equipping them with coping strategies and fostering a supportive environment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure patients receive seamless, integrated care tailored to their specific needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed pay with annual increases and bonus opportunities, paid orientation, flexible schedules, and the potential for a full clinical caseload established within the first 90 days post-credentialing.
