Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulate suitable treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with tools to process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and encourage personal empowerment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, employing compassionate care practices to assist clients in urgent situations.

• Provide education to patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and secure documentation of patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of sensitive information.

Qualifications\n
