Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized therapy strategies that are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling capacity, preferably in a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly encouraged.

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds and with diverse psychological needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by additional bonuses based on performance.
