Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCPC will involve a variety of key responsibilities aimed at improving client outcomes:

• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to determine the mental health needs of each patient, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, guardians, and other support networks to provide updates on individual progress and insights to enhance care.

• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive schedule of appointments, home visits, and any necessary observations to ensure robust monitoring of patient advancement.

• Facilitate home visits to perform in-home observations, chart reviews, and collaborate with staff for effective data analysis and follow-ups.
\n
• Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, adjusting interventions to maximize their effectiveness.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights and develop comprehensive strategies for patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and monthly/quarterly progress notes to ensure stakeholders are informed.

• Act as a liaison within the community, providing support and education to enhance understanding of mental health issues.

• Organize training sessions that empower staff and team members with the knowledge required for effective implementation of programs and documentation.

• Offer follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations to assess ongoing needs and provide continual support for clients.

Qualifications\n

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a directly related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
