Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and intake interviews.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual and group sessions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our therapists are offered a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
