This is a remote position, allowing counselors to work from home while utilizing our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC within our outpatient program, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks aimed at supporting our clientele:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive and therapeutic group sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to share experiences and support each other.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, where you will help clients navigate their emotions, identify personal challenges, and develop actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans with clients that acknowledge their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Regularly consult and coordinate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, particularly when addressing complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaging in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You'll work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal struggles, providing tailored support aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly with teens and young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies, knowledge of telehealth systems, and familiarity with holistic treatment approaches are highly desirable. Additionally, demonstrated capability in conducting group therapy and developing individualized treatment plans will greatly enhance the applicant's suitability for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
