Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be engaged in:

• Group Therapy: Leading supportive group sessions that encourage interpersonal connection, shared experiences, and collective learning among young adults.

• Individual Therapy: Providing personalized counseling sessions aimed at exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating their mental health journeys. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by this demographic, you will play a crucial role in fostering hope, healing, and resilience in individuals confronting anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults in mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
