Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring ethical practices at all times.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss progress, address stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and make discharge recommendations when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to understand their needs and establish a foundation for treatment.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients to provide consistent support and therapeutic intervention.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision meetings to enhance clinical practice and personal growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other health care professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using essential software tools including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in intake assessment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers competitive compensation within a range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
