Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of assigned clients to determine mental health needs and develop accurate treatment plans that reflect therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques to promote client engagement and progress.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their treatment, ensuring proactive communication regarding progress, changes in treatment plans, and any necessary referrals.

• Implement trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches in all therapeutic practices, helping clients build resilience and skillsets necessary for lifelong healing.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation that adhere to facility and program policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families who face a variety of mental health challenges. We seek a candidate who understands the unique needs of this demographic and can tailor therapeutic interventions that resonate with their experiences. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the recovery journey for young clients, helping them navigate emotional distress and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• Strong ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and construct effective treatment plans that are both personalized and goal-oriented.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of direct counseling experience, specifically working with children and adolescents, is preferred.

• Experience in trauma-informed therapy and familiarity with therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
