Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Engaging in regular case conferences with our clinical team to discuss client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, each presenting unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a track record of successful client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
