Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through shared insights and best practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

• Engage in continuous education by participating in workshops and professional development opportunities to stay current on the latest research and practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to clinical practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
