Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of clients to understand their needs and strengths, establishing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques suited to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Engage in group therapy sessions, either as a primary therapist or co-therapist, facilitating meaningful discussions and activities that support recovery.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and case management in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with both outpatient and inpatient teams to perform triage evaluations, crisis interventions, and ensure continuity of care.

• Uphold ethical standards and organizational policies, delivering care that complies with professional guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will provide critical support and guidance, facilitating their journey toward emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is essential.

• Strong understanding of relevant legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential for additional bonuses.
