Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and objectives tailored to each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Offer empathetic support and motivation to assist clients in navigating and overcoming various emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and clinical psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
