Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse client caseload while establishing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular individual sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss challenges, plan future appointments, and recommend timely discharge when goals are met.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each client, including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake evaluations, to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and maintain a commitment to best practices.

• Foster collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other telehealth tools.

• Experience providing effective psychotherapy services across different demographics.
\n
• Comfortable completing comprehensive intake assessments effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specialized therapy modalities or evidence-based practices is a plus.

• Previous involvement in clinical supervision or mentorship of junior staff.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis, which guarantees payment ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians. Additional benefits include:
