Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and effective working relationships while consistently upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct ongoing meetings with clients to monitor their progress, evaluate stability, schedule future appointments, and manage appropriate discharges when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and supervise personalized treatment programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for all clients, ensuring accuracy in progress notes and treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' needs and establish treatment strategies.

• Hold a stipulated number of individual therapy sessions each week, focusing on delivering effective therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular one-on-one supervision sessions to promote professional development and address any clinical challenges.

• Encourage teamwork and communication with other healthcare providers to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for case management, including familiarity with Excel and RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments for new clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse client populations, particularly within a remote or telehealth setting.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches relevant to the outpatient mental health field.

• Previous administrative experience that supports the clinician role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and dedication of our counselors. Additionally, we operate on a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
