Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to identify their individual needs, collaboratively setting and attaining realistic treatment goals through regular therapy sessions.

• Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they evolve with the client’s progress.

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and community agencies to coordinate comprehensive care and service referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, adhering to compliance standards and best practices in case management.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring that each client receives the appropriate attention and resources needed for their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Clear Mind Psychological Center, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Arizona.
