Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings to enhance teamwork and collaboration. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement and deliver therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, focusing on measurable patient goals.

• Facilitate both psychoeducational and support groups, providing clients with community connection and collective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options, and connect them with community resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
