Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), aimed at helping clients manage stress and achieve emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors and therapeutic goals, and customize mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies to foster community support.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and supporting clients in their journey toward recovery and personal growth.

• Document client progress meticulously, including mindfulness interventions and treatment plans, to provide insight and continuity of care.

• Participate in regular professional development, including personal mindfulness practice and workshops, to deepen knowledge and skills in mindfulness therapies.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Olympus Mental and Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
