Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the mental health status and individual needs of clients, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to support clients' mental health journeys.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of caseloads and related administrative tasks.

• A clean disciplinary record with the relevant licensing board to ensure ethical practice.
