Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, adolescents, families, and groups, evaluating their needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Formulating and managing individualized treatment plans based on initial assessments to ensure effective care delivery.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinically relevant methodologies, to address the specific mental health challenges faced by your patients.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care, including participation in regular patient rounds to discuss strategy and patient progress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring ethical practices throughout your work.

• Providing case management support to patients, coordinating with community resources and professionals to enhance care continuity and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client group including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Texas, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
