Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a unified care approach, exchanging insights and strategies that lead to improved patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and remaining current on mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care.
