Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to better understand clients' unique mental health concerns, subsequently developing tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring that interventions are specifically designed to meet each client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' life experiences and challenges.

• Proficiency in organization and time-management to handle a full caseload efficiently, balancing clinical responsibilities with administrative tasks.

Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse client caseloads effectively. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is an advantage, especially in providing seamless virtual care.
