Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis situations, as well as behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as deemed appropriate by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of practice.

• Serve as a key liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for client needs and resources.

• Maintain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and align community outreach efforts with our organizational mission.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various agencies and organizations to explore new alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to stay current in the field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
