Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and define suitable treatment paths.

• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-enhancement, tailored to the individual needs of patients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions that enable patients to process trauma, hone coping mechanisms, and nurture healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all patients.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
