This position is fully remote, allowing you to enjoy a flexible work setting while connecting with clients across New York. Our clinic operates from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, offering you the option to work hours that align with your personal schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories, stressors, and individual therapy needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and resilience among clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in processing trauma, cultivating coping strategies, and enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, dependent on experience. We offer guaranteed pay with annual increases and additional bonus opportunities.
