Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gain insight into each client's trauma history and determine the best treatment strategies.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans designed to support trauma recovery and enhance clients' resilience-building efforts.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients process their experiences.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients navigate trauma-related challenges, build coping skills, and foster healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Offering crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive timely assistance.

• Providing education to clients and their families about trauma-related responses, effective coping mechanisms, and resources available to them.

• Maintaining meticulous and secure documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, achieving accuracy in all client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, with guaranteed pay, annual increases, and bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
