Our flexible work hours typically run Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some schedule adjustments based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, ensuring personalized and effective treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting emotional processing and the development of coping strategies among patients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care to our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive the timely care they require.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and available coping mechanisms, empowering them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including case consultations and training in trauma-informed care practices, to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who have experienced trauma, ranging from physical and emotional abuse to complex relational trauma and PTSD. Our patient population includes adults from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of **two years** of relevant post-licensure experience working with trauma survivors is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, evidence-based trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building strategies.
