Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, fostering rapport and positive working relationships with clients to promote successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, assessing their mental health journey, discussing upcoming appointments, and determining discharge criteria when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Keep thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with clinic protocols and licensing requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and their treatment needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, where applicable, group therapy discussions to promote peer support among clients.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical practices, seek support, and enhance professional development.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

This role primarily focuses on youth and adults experiencing anxiety and trauma-related issues.
