Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empire City, you will:

• Engage in thorough documentation, ensuring that all client notes and records are completed promptly and accurately, thereby promoting a high standard of care.

• Utilize a billing service to streamline claims processing and manage client and insurance accounts receivable, allowing you to focus primarily on providing care.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar to optimize therapeutic interventions.

• Work effectively with clients experiencing a wide range of clinical presentations, thereby enriching your skillset and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working within the hospice care environment, where you will provide support to individuals and couples from various age groups, many of whom may be experiencing end-of-life issues or navigating significant transitions. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping clients cope with grief, loss, and relationship dynamics under challenging circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:
