Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, ensuring measurable outcomes and ongoing assessment.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute challenges.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and other professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in training and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and stay informed about best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will cater primarily to school-aged clients, many of whom may face challenges related to mental health and emotional well-being. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proven experience in conducting therapy with clients aged 18 and older.

Compensation and Benefits\n
